Juice Robinson Injured, Set To Miss Wrestle Kingdom, New Opponent For KENTA

Juice Robinson has suffered injury, and will no longer compete at Wrestle Kingdom 15.

NJPW announced Robinson fractured his orbital bone, causing a change to upcoming matches, including Wednesday’s Road To Tokyo Dome show Korakuen Hall.

Originally, Juice Robinson was scheduled to team with Toa Henare to face KENTA and Jay White at Road To Tokyo Dome. Satoshi Kojima replaced Robinson at the show, and then issued a challenge to KENTA for the IGWP US Championship right to challenge briefcase at Wrestle Kingdom 15.

IWGP US Champion Jon Moxley, who won the title at the Wrestle Kingdom 14,  is currently not scheduled to travel to Japan to defend the title.

  • IWGP Tag Team Championships: Guerrillas of Destiny vs. Zack Sabre Jr. and Taichi

  • Hiroshi Tanahashi vs Great-O-Khan

Wrestle Kingdom 15 –  Night Two

  • IGWP Heavyweight and Intercontinental Championship: Jay White vs. Kota Ibushi or Tesuya Naito
  • NEVER Openweight Championship: Shingo Takagi vs. Jeff Cobb
  • IWGP Jr. Heavyweight Championship: Taiji Ishimori vs. Hiromu Takahashi or El Phantasmo
  • EVIL vs. SANADA
  • Stardom Exhibition Match

Wrestle Kingdom 15 will take place on January 4 and 5,  streaming on NJPW World
