WWE Expected To Announced Signing Of KUSHIDA
Former New Japan Pro Wrestling Star KUSHIDA could be formerly introduced to the WWE Universe very soon.
According to Mike Johnson at PWInsider, KUSHIDA is already in Orlando, FL, and has been at the WWE Performance Center ahead of his expected debut with the company.
Although not confirmed, Johnson did state he would be shocked if KUSHIDA didn’t make an appearance at next weekend’s NXT Takeover: New York event.
WWE’s next Performance Center class is scheduled for 4/9, so if he doesn’t appear at Takeover, we should expect a formal announcement then.
KUSHIDA left New Japan Pro Wrestling at the end of January, following a match with Hiroshi Tanahashi during The Road to New Beginning tour.
