Lacey Evans in-character traffic stop has gone viral. The video has gained attention from media outlets across Canada.

The WWE star was stopped by Royal Canadian Mounted Police on Saturday ahead of a live event in Edmonton, AB. Evans posted the video on social media, which shows her being ticketed by a police officer.

Evans stayed in character while being issued the ticket.  “Do you know who I am? Evans stated. “I have no idea,” said the officer

The video ends after Evans said “You nasty thing” to the officer, and agrees to pay the ticket.

RCMP spokesperson spoke to Global News and confirmed the traffic stop was legitimate, and was not co-ordinated.
