Lars Sullivan has released a statement following offensive comments made years ago going viral.

Earlier this week, a Reddit thread documented a long list of comments made by Sullivan on the BodyBuilding.com forum several years ago. These comments included racist, homophobic and misogynistic remarks.

“There is no excuse for the inappropriate remarks that I made years ago. They do not reflect my personal beliefs nor who I am today, and I apologize to anyone I offended.” Sullivan said in a statement to WrestlingInc.

WWE stars Big E and Kalisto have both responded to fans asking their thoughts on the situation.
