IMPACT Wrestling ‘Under Siege’ Matches Announced
IMPACT Wrestling will present the Under Siege special next month exclusively in Impact+.
During this week’s episode of IMPACT on AXS, Scott D’Amore opened the show announcing a Six-Man Match to determine the number contender to Kenny Omega’s IMPACT Wrestling Championship will take place at Under Seige. Every week, IMPACT will host qualifying matches to determine competitors.
Throughout the episode, announcers were awaiting the arrival of Kenny Omega, who would be added to the SIx-Man match defending the IMPACT title if he didn’t arrive before the end of the program.
Three qualifying matches took place during this week’s show, Chris Bey advanced after defeating Jake Something, Matt Cardona advanced after defeating Brian Myers.
The final qualifying match between Sami Callihan and Eddie Edwards was interrupted by Kenny Omega and The Good Brothers. FinJuice attempted to make the save, but was met with a beatdown.
Following the broadcast, IMPACT’s social media announced Kenny Omega and The Good Brothers would face Finjuice and Eddie Edwards at Under Siege.
