Matt Hardy Required Several Stitches Following Angle With Sammy Guevara
Matt Hardy suffered a nasty cut on his head during a segment on this week’s AEW Dynamite.
He was cutting a promo, speaking on the reason why he came to AEW, feeling it was a place where he could be respected and be an attraction.
Sammy Guevara interrupted him, and a brawl ensued. At one point, Guevara threw a chair at Matt Hardy’s face, causing his head to bleed profusely.
According to Fightful Select (subscription required), the chair shot to Matt Hardy’s head legitimately required 13 stitches.
