MLW Announces Deal With Vice TV, Programming To Begin In May

Major League Wrestling has announced a deal with Vice TV.

MLW revealed the news tonight via Youtube, announcing the promotion will be headed to Vice TV this spring.

According to PWInsider, the debut episode of MLW on Vice TV will air this May. Vice TV is also the home of Dark Side of The Ring, and MLW will be taking advantage of viewers tuning into the docu series. The season 3 premiere of Dark Side of The Ring is Thursday, May 6. It’s expected MLW will serve as a lead-in for each episode show, showcasing the company’s stars, as well as archived content.

MLW’s deal with VICE will not repalace existing deals with beIN Sport and DAZN. The promotion is trying to get eyes on the product on as many networks and streaming purposes.  The company is still in discussions with Discovery.

MLW is aiming to begin taping in front of fans beginning this July, with programming airing on Vice soon after.
