Following Zelina Vega’s release from WWE, reports emerged revealing she was denied a meeting with Vince McMahon, and escorted from the Amway Center in Orlando.

Fightful Select (subscription required) provided some additional details, indicating the reason Zelina Vega wanted to speak to Vince McMahon was “to tell him goodbye, and the offer to do so was declined.” The report indicates they were not informed she was escorted from the arena following her dismissal.

Some members of the RAW roster weren’t surprised with McMahon declining, “noting that it’s hard enough to get a meeting with Vince McMahon when you’re employed by the company”. One member from the SmackDown roster revealed, “they waited weeks even after their call-up to talk to Vince McMahon, and mentioned that hadn’t really changed in the pandemic era.”

Zelina Vega is currently under a 90-day non-compete clause, she will be officially be free from WWE in February.
