All Elite Wrestling had to change the finish of the Orange Cassidy vs. PAC match during this week’s edition of Dynamite.

According to PWInsider, the original plan was for both men to fight until a 20-minute draw, leading to a three-way match with Kenny Omega at Double or Nothing on 5/30,

The match ended short after Cassidy got rocked as the result of a powerbomb. The broadcast went to picture-in-picture while Cassidy laid outside the ring.

Eventually, Don Callis came out and egged PAC on, while Omega hit him with the AEW Championship. This caused both men to be down, referee Aubrey Edwards counted to 10 and the match was declared over.

This sudden change allowed AEW to keep Orange Cassidy in the Double or Nothing match.

PWInsider added, the belief Cassidy will be ok for the pay-per-view, he was seen socializing with a number of talent following last night’s broadcast.
