PAC suffered a nasty leg injury during a recent appearance at TNT Extreme Wrestling in Liverpool, U.K.
The injury occurred during his match with Jody Fliesh at the Summer Explosion event this past Thursday.
Judging by the photo, the injury appears to be on his left inner thigh.
