Alexa Bliss Dealing With Sinus Infection

WWE was forced to re-write the storyline between Bayley and Alexa Bliss ahead of WWE Extreme Rules this Sunday.

Dave Meltzer noted on today’s edition of Wrestling Observer Radio, Alexa Bliss is dealing with a really bad sinus infection, which has kept her off the road. The company had no intentions of doing a handicap match this Sunday at Extreme Rules, but made a late change to the booking due to Alexa’s health.

Adding Nikki Cross to the match allows Alexa Bliss to be protected if her health isn’t at 100% going into the pay-per-view.
