WWE produced its first episode of NXT on USA inside the newly remodelled Capitol Wrestling Center this past Wednesday.

According to Fightful Select (subscription required), backstage was hectic during the most recent episode of NXT due to several technical issues, leading to frustration at the production table.

The report also notes of “frustration and uncertainty” backstage at NXT as of late due to the abundance of change.

WWE was in a “rough position” due to the number of injuries that occurred over the last week, including Finn Balor, Kyle O’Reilly, and Ridge Holland.

While the company has been forthcoming with details on Holland and Balor’s injuries, they have kept details on O’Reilly’s status under wraps.
