Luke Harper could be back on WWE television as soon as this week.

According to Mike Johnson at PWInsider, rumblings backstage indicate that Luke Harper will be present at this week’s television tapings. Their is no indication whether or not he will be used on broadcast, but talk of him being there is positive, considering his circumstances in the company.

“We have heard rumblings that Luke Harper would be at this week’s TV tapings,” Johnson stated. “So are they putting Harper and Rowan back together? I don’t know, but you never know…”

With Daniel Bryan and Rowan losing the Smackdown Tag-Team Titles, this may be an indication of Rowan and Bryan’s alliance coming to an end

Luke Harper’s last WWE match was on April 4th against EC3. Harper asked for his release shortly after, but was denied it. His current contract was set to expire in November, but was extended six-months due to injury.

Harper has not received any bookings since asking for his release, which Vince McMahon reportedly advised him to take it up with Triple H.
