WWE made some big edits to a major segment during the tail end of Monday Night RAW last week.

According to Fightful Select (subscription required), the final segment on the August 10 episode of RAW between Randy Orton and Ric Flair was much longer than what viewers saw on television.

Randy Orton’s promo was longer than shown, with “minutes of material” not used according to multiple people in attendance. The reason for the edits were strictly due to time, rather than quality of the material.
