Top WWE Star Set To Make Wrestlemania Return

WrestleMania 37 is set to take place on both April 10th and April 11th from the Raymond James Stadium in Tampa Florida. This will also be the first pay-per-view with a physical audience since Elimination Chamber 2020.

According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, only one match has been locked in so far for the show of shows, and that is Roman Reigns Universal Championship defence.

The report didn’t mention Reigns opponent, however it was noted that it will not be Shinsuke Nakamura, who recently received a push over on SmackDown.

The report also noted that those who have been with the company for a long time mentioned how there’s never been WrestleMania situation where so little has been locked in or even teased on TV.

John Cena is said to be 100% locked in for WrestleMania. This follows Ringside News’ report that 16-time world champion would be appearing at the event, however it wasn’t noted who is opponent will be.

Randy Orton was also originally set to face Bray Wyatt in a Firefly Funhouse match at this Sunday’s Royal Rumble pay-per-view, however this doesn’t look to be happening, instead possibly taking place at WrestleMania.
