Luke Harper did have a program setup following his return which has been nixed.

According to Dave Meltzer in Friday’s episode of Wrestling Observer Radio, Sami Zayn was scheduled to have a feud with Luke Harper following both their returns to the company after injury.

The scheduled program was cancelled, which could have resulted in Harper’s unhappiness with the company.

WWE recently added an additional six months to Luke Harper’s contract due to suffering a wrist injury that kept him out of action. This came following his request for release, which he posted publicly on social media.

Harper was not at Smackdown this past Tuesday, and is still listed as being a part of the blue brand roster on WWE.com.

Harper has not been advertised for any up-coming live events.
