WWE has made the decision to delay any scheduled live events the company planned to produce with real fans in attendance.

Last week, Fightful broke the news that WWE had been planning for weeks to run an arena event with fans in attendance.

Fightful Select (subscription required) is now reporting that sources in the company have revealed that those events have been delayed, and no further information was provided.

WWE had told us initially the information wasn’t correct, but was corroborated by several other outlets before the shows were delayed.

Dave Meltzer added to last week’s report stating Vince McMahon was adamant in running for the first live event with fans.
