International WWE PPV Event Planned for September

Earlier this week, an exciting revelation surfaced from the insider Twitter account, @BoozerRasslin, which has been an active source of WWE news and leaks. It announced that an international Pay-Per-View (PPV) event is on the WWE calendar for September 2nd. The name and location of the event are still under wraps, adding an element of suspense for fans worldwide.

WWE’s International Expansion Continues

This news comes as a continuation of WWE’s ongoing efforts to expand its reach globally. Last year, WWE’s Clash at the Castle was hosted in Cardiff, Wales on September 3rd, 2022, bringing high-profile wrestling action to the UK audience. However, it remains unclear if WWE intends to return to the Welsh capital this year, or if another international location is being scouted for the September show.

Puerto Rico, an established location for WWE events, may not be in the running. There are speculations that the island might be the annual host for Backlash, one of WWE’s staple PPV events, typically held after WrestleMania.
