Rhyno Written Off TV Last Night

Last night on RAW, Rhyno squared off against Heath Slater, with the winner keeping their job. Heath Slater ended up winning, and Rhyno was “fired”.

After the match Rhyno remained in the ring during a commercial break and bowed out. Reports surfaced that Rhyno announced his retirement during a commercial break, but in talking to two people who were there, he didn’t say anything on the microphone, he simply bowed out, and left.

According to Mike Johnson at PWInsider, Rhyno being written off RAW hasn’t affected his tour schedule, as he is still scheduled to travel with the RAW crew to Santiago, Chile for a live event tomorrow night, as well as Argentina for live events on Thursday and Friday. This may be just final dates Rhyno is scheduled to work before stepping out of the ring.

No official word on Rhyno’s contract situation, or whether he is done with the company, or moving to another role.
