Update On ‘Road Dogg’ Brian James

WWE Hall of Famer “Road Dogg” Brian James has returned to his WWE NXT duties this week after being hospitalized last month.

According to PWInsider, Brian James returned to position backstage at this week’s NXT television tapings.

Last month, James was hospitalized after suffering an apparent heart attack. Following his release from the hospital, he provided an update on Facebook, noting he will be making changes.

“To God be the glory, I live to tell the story! I’m headed home. I’ve got some work to do and some changes to make but I’m up to the task. I want to thank EACH and EVERY one of you for your thoughts and prayers and your kind words. So many reached out with positive vibes and it overwhelmed me with love. Thank you all and God is good! Let the journey begin!”

While he rested at home, he worked NXT television tapings remotely. Tuesday was his first night back at the Capitol Wrestling Center in Orlando, FL.
