Spears Files Three Trademarks
AEW star Shawn Spears has filed three trademarks with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
On 11/29, Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP filed trademarks on behalf of Spears for the terms “The Chairman” and “Perct10n”. The firm also filed a trademark for Spears logo to be used on clothing.
The same law firm has filed wrestling related trademarks in the past for Cody Rhodes, and more recently for Charlotte Flair, and Andrade. Flair recently filed a trademark for “The Queen Of Wrestling” and “Ashley Flair”, Andrade filed U.S trademarks for “LaSombra and “El Idolo”.
