Smackdown Posts Ratings Increase

Smackdown LIVE saw a ratings increase on their 12/18 episode following Monday’s announcement from the McMahon family that the WWE is getting a “fresh start”.

The program was up 15% over the previous week, and averaged 2.2 million viewers. These numbers come after two consequtive weeks of falling under 2 million viewers.

Smackdown was number one in the 18-49 demographic with a .74 rating.

Next week’s episode is pre-taped, and is expected to do low numbers due to the Christmas holiday.
