Following a several month hiatus, WWE Superstar Naomi is scheduled to make her return to in-ring competition.
According to PWInsider, Naomi will be in Houston Texas for the Royal Rumble pay-per-view. It’s unknown what role she will have at the event, but one would expect her to be a part of the 30 Woman Royal Rumble match.
Naomi has not been an active WWE roster performer since last July. Her last match with the company was with Sarah Logan on WWE Main Event.
While no specific reason for her absence has been revealed, Naomi has indicated she is taking a break to deal with health issues.
She mentioned on social media last September that she was dealing with the loss of someone close to her.
Naomi is expected to join the SmackDown brand when she does return.
PWInsider revealed earlier this week that Kane, Jinder Mahal, and Velveteen Dream are also scheduled to be in Houston this weekend for the Royal Rumble.
