NXT Takeover Coming To Portland In 2020
NXT TakeOver is expected to take place in Portland, OR next February.
Insider reddit account r/looselipsbackstage (who has correctly reported backstage news in the past) has revealed that WWE is planning on holding a Takeover event in Portland on 2/16/19 at the Moda Center.
The event will be a standalone PPV on a Sunday night, which is usually reserved for “Main Roster” shows.
Court documents revealed WWE touring dates for 2019-2020, which does include a Portland, OR event on 2/20/20.
NXT’s last standalone Takeover event was Takeover XXV this past June in Bridgeport, CT.
Later that week WWE is planning another International PPV is scheduled on 2/22/20, which is rumored to be the company’s next PPV in Saudi Arabia.
