All Elite Wrestling is set to launch AEW Games on 11/10, with a special event hosted on Youtube.

Following AEW Full Gear, Tony Khan provided some more insight into AEW’s plans to get into the gaming market, confirming a console game is in the works, as well as a game where the player is the GM.

“We’re making multiple games, we’re working on more than one game” Khan stated during an AEW post Full Gear media scrum. “We’re going to cater to different platforms, we’re going to cater to different kinds of games, and different interests”

Despite being in the tail end of the year, Khan says there is enough time to announce big surprises related to gaming in 2020.

“We’ll put a title out that’s a console game, that is best in class, we’re really excited about it, there’s some big surprises to come in 2020, I just can’t say that enough, there’s still time in 2020.”

In August, AEW quietly launched a Facebook page under the name “All Elite GM”, the page was later changed to “AEW Games”.

In September, AEW filed two trademarks, “All Elite Wrestling General Manager”, and “Elite GM”. The trademarks were filed for use in game software, including mobile phones, handheld computers, and mobile gaming devices.

Khan spoke on an upcoming game where you are are the GM of AEW, likely speaking on the same game trademarks were filed for.

“We’re going to put something out that’s for those people like myself, who love putting wrestling cards together. It will allow somebody to do the job I do, be the General Manager of AEW, handbook cards”

AEW Games will launch on 11/10 at 6 p.m. ET on Youtube.
