Tonight’s Legends Night edition of Raw will see numerous legends return, such as Hulk Hogan, Melina and Ric Flair, however two names will no longer appear in person.
Fightful Select (subscription required) reports that there are issues preventing both Candice Michelle and Carlito from appearing on tonight’s Raw. Carlito specifically was a name many fans were excited to see return, after his departure from WWE in 2010.. The issues preventing the legends from appearing were not mentioned in the report.

The report also noted noted that things ‘fell behind schedule’ from a production standpoint for tonight’s episode of Raw. We will have to see if this affects the show in any capacity.
