WWE Cancels Several RAW Live Events

WWE has cancelled five WWE RAW live events over the course of two weekends at the end of August.

PWInsider first reported the following RAW live events have been cancelled

  • Friday 8/23 in Bossier City, LA.
  • Saturday 8/24 in Lafayette, LA.
  • Sunday 8/25 in Mobile, Alabama.
  • Friday 8/30 in Bangor, Maine.
  • Saturday 8/31 in Portland, Maine.

In the last two months WWE has cancelled a number of Smackdown Live events in smaller markets, due to “scheduling conflicts”. 

WWE has contacted local markets indicating they plan on rescheduling events for early 2020. We have confirmed that the August 23 event in Bossier City, LA will now be held on May 22, 2020, the August 24 event in Lafayette, LA will be held on January 19, 2020, the August 25 event in Mobile, AL will be held on March 19, 2020

We have been unable to confirm rescheduled dates for Bangor and Portland, ME.
