WE has filed another new trademark for the term “Austin 3:16”.

The trademark was filed on 11/24 with The United States Patent and Trademark Office for use in merchandise, namely toys and games.

This is the second trademark filed for the term in the last 90 days. On 10/1, WWE filed a trademark for the iconic phrase for use in entertainment services.

WWE currently has three other live trademarks for the term, which has been used by “Stone Cold” Steve Austin since the 90s.
