WWE Holds All Employee Meeting

WWE held a company wide meeting Tuesday with all employees.

According to PWInsider, the virtual meeting was held out of the company headquarters in Stamford, CT. The majority of the meeting was welcoming Nick Khan to the company, who joined WWE this past August under the role of President and Chief Revenue Officer.

Khan was instrumental in WWE’s television rights deals for RAW and SmackDown. He replaced former co-Presidents George Barrios and Michelle Wilson, who were released from their roles this past January.

Employees were also provided a small update on WWE’s new global headquarters, which “is moving along slowly but surely”.

The new building is located at 677 Washington Blvd in Stamford, CT, and will house all of company operations, including production studios and corporate offices.

WWE leased the space for 16.5 years, and gained possession of the building on July 1, 2019. The company plans to sell its current corporate facility dubbed Titan Towers at 1231 East Main St.

The company deferred spending on the new facility this past April, amid cuts related to the global pandemic.
