WWE Issues Statement Following Jimmy Uso’s DUI Arrest

WWE has issued a statement following the arrest of Jonathan Fatu, aka Jimmy Uso.

“Jonathan Fatu is responsible for his own personal actions.” – WWE Statement

Jimmy Uso was arrestedat 3:04 am in Pensacola, FL after being pulled over for “driving erratically” and “serving left and right”. The report, which was first reported by TMZ states that Uso smelled like alcohol, and refused to undergo a breathalyzer test.

Uso was incarcerated for several hours, then released at 10:15am after posting $1000 bond. He is scheduled to appear in court on August 15, 2019 at 8:30am

Jimmy Uso was arrested this past February in Detroit, MI after his wife Naomi was pulled over for driving the wrong way on a one way street. Uso was charged with disorderly conduct after attempting to “square up” with police. He ended up paying a fine following that incident.

We have reached out to WWE for an additional statement regarding his status in the company, and if any rehabilitation will be ordered.
