WWE has canceled the 2020 Hall Of Fame induction ceremony at the Amalie Arena in Tampa on 4/4.

Two inductees, Davey Boy Smith, and Jushin ‘Thunder’ Liger would be affected most if the ceremony continued Wrestlemania weekend.

Due to travel restrictions, Liger would be unable to travel to the United States for the ceremony, as well as Davey Boy Smith’s family int he United Kingdom.

Georgia Smith, daughter of Davey Boy Smith did post an update on the situation, indicating she has spoken with WWE.

She states there is plans to reschedule the induction ceremony, possibly SummerSlam weekend in Boston.

Just a heads up! I have spoken with @WWE and they are postponing the Hall of Fame for a later date, and are hoping to do it for Summerslam (which would be appropriate for my dad) thanks again for all your support! Let鈥檚 all stay safe out there
