SmackDown Star Addresses Reports On Leaving RAW

AJ Styles addressed reports that have emerged since his move from Monday Night RAW to Friday Night SmackDown.

During his stream on Mixer Thursday, the WWE star spoke on rumors circulating that he left RAW due to backstage bullying, which he states is further from the truth.

He also addressed reports of behind upset with Paul Heyman after Gallows and Anderson were released from WWE in April.

“That’s not what it was at all,” Styles stated. “I’ll give you a snippet of what me, Gallows and Anderson already know. He’s a liar! I’m sure you heard that before if you back to his ECW days. He’s a bold faced liar!”

Styles is referring to a report from Dave Meltzer, who indicated Styles was upset with Heyman following the release of his former teammates. Based on his reaction during the stream, he doesn’t seem to fond of the former RAW Executive Director.

He spoke briefly on WWE making cuts, stating if it was up to him, he would do things differently.

AJ Styles says Gallows and Anderson will address this subject during a podcast episode they will release once they are done their 90-day non-compete clause with WWE. He feels they will be much happier in the future.
