We may see a new stable debuting on RAW in the future.

Following his “injury” on RAW, losing his chance to compete at WWE Money In the Bank, Apollo Crews may return as a heel.

WWE pre-recorded the Money In The Bank ladder matches on April 14, prior to writing Apollo Crews out of the match. He is expected to return, possibly in a new stable.

According to Dave Meltzer in the latest edition of The Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the impression backstage is that plenty of options are on the table for Crews, including one where he is a part of a stable alongside Shane Thorne, Brendan Vink, and MVP.

Crews was giving off heel tendencies on last week’s Raw and it’s been speculated he will be part of a stable headed by MVP that would also include Brendan Vink & Shane Thorne. We’ve been given the impression that is one of several options considered for Crews but it is not necessarily the end direction.

Crews did defeat MVP to earn his place in the Money In The Bank ladder match, the two do now have some history.
