A new report teases that some top tier names on the WWE main roster will be appearing on the upcoming “Superstar Spectacle”, which airs on January 26th on the Sony Ten 1 and Sony Ten 3 networks.

According to Sportskeeda, talents such as AJ Styles, Charlotte Flair, Rey Mysterio, The New Day, Bayley, and current WWE champion Drew McIntyre are all being considered for the special, but that this list of names could change at any given moment. McIntyre obviously may no longer be in the running as WWE recently revealed that he tested positive for COVID-19. Even more unfortunate is that the Scottish Psychopath may not be the only one who contracted the virus as there was a recent outbreak that will have a major affect on WWE, AEW, and IMPACT.

Aside from the main roster stars “Superstar Spectacle” will feature WWE’s top Indian talents, including former WWE champion Jinder Mahal. The report also notes how the show could feature a prominent WWE legend, although it is not known in what capacity they will serve.

The show is expected to be taped in the United States, but with the recent outbreak it is now known how much “Superstar Spectacle” will be affected. Sportskeeda adds that the current plan is for the show to air over a couple of nights, but isn’t expected to be an ongoing series.
