Bobby Fish’s road to recovery won’t be lengthy, following an injury sustained at NXT Takeover: Wargames.
NXT uploaded a video this week, confirming Fish underwent triceps surgery following the men’s WarGames match at the pay-per-view.
Dave Meltzer of The Wrestling Observer provided an update on the situation, noting Fish didn’t sustain a tear, and is expected to be back in about eight weeks.
The injury occured during the match when a piece of the cage pierced his elbow, resulting in his triceps being severed.
