Drew McIntyre was not present at last week’s RAW, and is not scheduled to appear at tonight’s show at Madison Square Garden in New York.
According to PWInsider, McIntyre underwent minor surgery to help help fix a lingering injury following WWE’s recent shows in Mexico.
The surgery was performed ahead of WWE’s television changes in October, and the build towards Wrestlemania season.
McIntyre himself is reportedly ready to return, but needs the green light from WWE doctors, which could be as soon as next week.
