Former WWE Stars Matt Cardona and Brian Myers File New Trademarks

Former WWE stars Matt Cardona (Zack Ryder) and Brian Myers (Curt Hawkins) have filed two new trademarks under their company name Major Wrestling Figure Podcast, LLC.

The duo filed trademarks for the terms “Figure Wrestling Federation” and “FWF” on 7/1 via “gimmick attorney” Michael E. Dockins.

Trademark Filing Details:

International Class 025:  Bandanas; Hats; Pants; Shirts; Sweatshirts; Hooded sweatshirts

Intent to Use: The applicant has a bona fide intention, and is entitled, to use the mark in commerce on or in connection with the identified goods/services.  

International Class 041:  Entertainment services, namely, providing podcasts in the field of toys and action figures; Entertainment services, namely, providing video podcasts in the field of toys and action figures

Intent to Use: The applicant has a bona fide intention, and is entitled, to use the mark in commerce on or in connection with the identified goods/services.

Last month, Cardona trademarked the term “Major Wrestling Federation”  and “MWF” to be used for as a spinoff series of their highly popular Major Wrestling Figure Podcast.

Myers and Cardona were released from WWE in April during company wide cuts.
