Despite the current health crisis, WWE Superstar John Cena took time to surprise a child fighting a life-threatening illness.
According to WLFA News-8, Cena visited 7-year-old David Castle who is currently battling Wilms tumor.
John Cena arrived at Caste’s home in Odessa, FL on Sunday, with plenty of gifts for the young boy, including WWE belts, figures, and t-shirts.
According to a GoFundMe setup to assist with medical expenses, “David has a very aggressive tumor called Diffused Anaplastic Wilm’s, which was already in stage 4 upon diagnoses. The tumor has already begun to spread to other parts of his body.”
John Cena is known for his charitable work, including granting over 650 wishes for children with life threatening illnesses through the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
