Major Delays Preventing WWE Talent From Leaving Saudi Arabia

The majority of WWE talent in Saudi Arabia have not left the Kingdom due to major travel issues.

According to PWInsider, the chartered flight out of Riyadh following WWE Crown Jewel was delayed for hours, with WWE talent and staff sitting on the plane. Talent were not able to leave unless they cleared customs once again to return to the plane.

WWE were able to to make arrangements to get those “absolutely necessary” on another flight to head back to the United States for SmackDown tonight in Buffalo, NY.

12 talent were able to leave Saudi Arabia on another flight in hopes of making to SmackDown in time.

Vince McMahon left on a private flight prior to talent’s scheduled flight.The flight from Riyadh to Buffalo is 12 hours.
