Matt Hardy recently signed a deal with All Elite Wrestling, debuting this past week on Dynamite.

Hardy took to Twitter to answer fan questions, including one on if he would be able to work for NJPW, like other AEW stars.

Hardy replied, “My contract would allow that. Truth be told, I’d love the opportunity to perform on a NJPW WrestleKingdom show in some capacity.”

AEW stars such as Chris Jericho and Jon Moxley also have provisions in their contracts that allow them to work for New Japan Pro-Wrestling.

It’s unknown if Hardy has engaged in any discussions with NJPW.
