Mauro Ranallo WWE Update

WWE is hopeful Mauro Ranallo will return to NXT television this Wednesday.

Dave Meltzer provided an update on Mauro Ranallo’s status in today’s episode of Wrestling Observer Radio.

Ranallo is reportedly doing better following comments made by Corey Graves, which caused the NXT announcer to miss Survivor Series, NXT television, and delete his Twitter account.

Meltzer indicates WWE is in contract with Ranallo, and hopeful he will return this Wednesday to NXT television.

Corey Graves issued an apology to Ranallo after criticizing his work during NXT Takeover: WarGames last month.

Ranallo has a history of mental health issues, which was documented in detail in his Bipolar Rock N Roller documentary.
