Recent WWE Trademark Filing Suggests Name Of New Show, Possibly On FS1

WWE has filed a trademark for the name “WWE After The Bell” with the United States Trademark Office on July 18, 2019.

The filing is classified under “Entertainment Services”, and is described as “an ongoing show about professional wrestling”.  Although not confirmed, the new filing may be the name of WWE’s new weekly studio show airing Tuesday night’s on FS1.

Triple H made the announcement in April that WWE will begin airing the show once SmackDown moves to Friday’s on FOX. The weekly program plans to provide analysis on all things WWE, including RAW, Smackdown, and NXT. Triple H states they will not only provide analysis on the athletic component of WWE, but also the storyline aspect of the product.

Seth Rollins and Braun Strowman Capture WWE RAW Tag Team Titles

Seth Rollins and Braun Strowman have captured the RAW Tag Team Titles.

Tonight on RAW, Rollins and Strowman challenged O.C. members Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows for the titles. The match was made following a match between AJ Styles and Braun Strowman earlier in the night.

Following their victory, Braun Strowman kept his eye on Seth Rollins’ Universal Championship, presumably setting up a match between the two at WWE Clash Of The Champions on September 15.

Seth Rollins is once again a dual-champion, holding both the RAW Tag Team Championship and the Universal Championship. This is Braun Strowman’s second RAW Tag Team Championship reign.

Security Stops Fan From Jumping Barricade At RAW

An overzealous fan attempted to jump the barricade tonight on RAW in St. Paul, MN.

Fans watching the show on television noticed a commotion in the crowd during the Ricochet and Miz vs. Drew McIntyre and Baron Corbin match. Fan footage shows security apprehending a fan attempting to jump the barricade.

The crowd erupted in an “assh*le” chant as he was escorted out of the arena.

Report: Vince McMahon Not At RAW Tonight In St Paul

Vince McMahon is regularly at Monday Night RAW manning the Gorilla Postion, but not this week.

According to Ryan Satin of Pro Wrestling Sheet, McMahon is not at tonight’s RAW in St. Paul, MN. The reasoning behind his absence is unknown, but according to sources Triple H, Paul Heyman, and Kevin Dunn are running the show.

Heyman reportedly sat at the main table with Triple H and Kevin Dunn during today’s production meeting, which isn’t the norm.
