According to SEC filings, Levesque made two separate transactions on 8/26 and 8/27,  selling ‘Class A’ shares in World Wrestling Entertainment.

  • Value: $2,070,146

Transaction 2

  • Shares: 7419
  • Price: $45.83 per share
  • Value: $340,012

Total Value: $2,410,158

Shares Remaining: 81325

The price reported is a weighted average price received for the shares. The actual prices were in a range of $45.80 to $45.98 (Transaction 1). The actual prices were in a range of $45.50 to $46.01 (Transaction 2)

Mr.Levesque will provide, upon request by the SEC staff, WWE or a shareholder of WWE, complete information regarding the number of shares sold at each price within the range.
