WWE pre-taped next week’s episode of Monday Night RAW Tuesday at the Performance Center in Orlando.

According to Fightful Select (subscription required), an incident occured an hour into the tapings during a match between Nia Jax and Kairi Sane.

According to the report, Kairi Sane was busted open from a cut that occured during a spot outside the ring. Sane was throwing into the stairs, and hit her head on the sharp corner, causing a cut to her head.

Following the incident, the match was paused while medical personnel attended to Sane, bandaging her head.

Sane insisted she was fine to continue, but the finish of the match happened soon after.

It’s unknown how much of the match will be edited for television. As more details are known, an update will be provided.

WWE made a change to their taping schedule, originally planning on recording two episodes of RAW on Monday.

PWInsider reports, WWE taped one episode of RAW in the afternoon, then SmackDown, Main Event and 205 Live in the evening. The full taping was reportedly 9-10 hours total.

Today they taped next week’s Raw and Smackdown, as well as 205 Live and Main Event.
