The final member of Team SmackDown for this weekend’s Survivor Series has yet to be revealed, but plans have been in place for several weeks.

According to a report from Fightful Select(subscription required), a Survivor Series qualifying match was cut from last week’s edition of Friday Night SmackDown.

The report noted that there were plans for Big E to compete in a team SmackDown qualifying match to air on the November 13th edition of the show, however it was pulled from the episode due to time constraints. It was also noted that the teams for this years PPV were decided weeks ago.

Big E had at least been planned as an addition to Team Smackdown. The decision was made weeks ago to add him to the team.

The SmackDown Men’s Team currently consists of Jey Uso, Kevin Owens, Seth Rollins and Baron Corbin, who will face Riddle, Braun Strowman, Sheamus, Keith Lee and AJ Styles at this Sunday’s Survivor Series pay-per-view.
