Ahead of The Rock’s return at Smackdown’s FOX debut Friday night, Randy Orton has issued a challenge.

On Thursday evening Randy Orton took to Twitter and challenged The Rock to a match at Wrestlemania 36.

.@TheRock I see you will be at this Friday. How about you & I have a discussion about who’s the greatest 3rd generation of all time and we answer that question April 5th in Tampa At Wrestlemania 36. A vipers sense of smell is unmatched. I smell what you’re cooking

Earlier this summer, The Rock announced he “quietly retired” from pro-wrestling while promoting his movie Fast & The Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw on Live With Kelly and Ryan.

The Rock was originally planned to face Triple H at Wrestlemania 32, but due to scheduling conflicts plans changed. The Rock ended up appearing at the event, and had an impromptu match with Erick Rowan that lasted 6 seconds.
