WWE has hired independent wrestler Ace Steel (Chrisopher Guy) as a Performance Center coach.

PWInisder reports that Steel was hired last month by WWE, and has since relocated to Orlando, FL for the position.

WWE’s interest in Steel came after a successful guest trainer stint earlier this year. WWE hired Steel for their up-coming Netflix movie The Main Event. Steel assisted in the in-ring scenes or the movie.

Ace Steel has previously worked for IMPACT Wrestling, Ring Of Honor, and had a brief sting in WWE under a developmental contract.

Steel is known for training CM Punk and Colt Cabana.
