Spur of the moment changes were made during the opening match of NXT television Wednesday night.

Kyle O’Reilly and Bobby Fish were defending their NXT Tag Team Championship against Keith Lee and Dominik Dijakovic when the incident occurred, resulting in Bobby Fish being pulled from the match.

Keith Lee Gorilla Press slammed Bobby Fish out of the ring. WWE officials were quick to take Fish out of the match and replace him with Roderick Strong.

According to Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer Radio, backstage officials feared Fish suffered a mild concussion. An official diagnosis may be different once proper testing is performed.

His current in-ring status won’t be known until and injury report is released.
