WWE SmackDown star Nikki Cross may potentially miss tonight’s Clash Of Champions pay-per-view.
During Saturday night’s edition of Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer spoke on rumors surrounding Nikki Cross’ status for Sunday night’s event.
“I don’t know what’s going on with that match. I guess we’ll see tomorrow.” Meltzer stated. “There is certainly rumours about Nikki Cross who was not on television on Friday, and if she’s there she’s there, and if she’s not there, she’s not there.”
Meltzer contacted a source in WWE regarding her status, “I asked this morning if she was going to be there, and nobody got back to me, which that’s your answer, nobody got back to me”
As of Sunday morning, WWE continues to advertise Bayley defending her SmackDown Women’s Championship against Nikki Cross at tonight’s pay-per-view.
