This past Wednesday on NXT television, Aliyah suffered a reported broken Nose following a kick from Xia Li.
According to Dave Meltzer on the latest edition of Wrestling Observer Radio, Aliyah did not break her nose, and the angle was planned ahead of time.

Aliyah is reportedly having surgery on her nose, and they shot the angle to write her off up-coming events.
If you rewatch the match, Xi Li’s kick didn’t come close to her nose. Medical attention came to her aid following the kick, and many believe they brought a blood pack along with a white towel to give the effect of an actual injury.
During the same episode, Mia Yim suffered a legitimate broken nose following a ladder shot.
It’s unknown if Aliyah has a medical issue with her nose, or if she is getting a plastic surgery on her nose.
